As Taş Private Primary and Secondary School Data Supervisor; We show the highest level of sensitivity in protecting your personal data regarding your information shared with our school during the registration application process by prospective parents who want to receive service from our school, and we attach great importance to the processing and preservation of personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Law) numbered 6698.
In our school; While applying for registration as a Parent Candidate, your identity information, contact information, age, gender, health information, demographic data such as marital status, country, as well as information about your education status, work experience, etc. determined as personal data by the Law. data are processed in accordance with the law and are stored for the periods determined by the legal regulations in case your student enrolls in the school, and for 6 months following the completion of the registration application process if your student does not enroll in the school, and then deleted.
During your application to our school, in order to examine your child's enrollment conditions, name, surname, address information, telephone number, e-mail information, marital and family status, nationality, religion, and custody decisions regarding you and your child who will receive education service from our school. Our school collects information such as your child's education, course grades, occupation and educational background information, place of employment, demographic information, photocopies of identity cards, and information about the siblings of the student.
Since all of our students receive full scholarship education at our school, in case of need, the title deed, rental information and documents of the house you live in, your vehicle and real estate information, all your property information, your mother and father's job information, salary, monthly income information, information about your other children, your child and you. health information, your information about the tax you pay will be collected and can only be shared with the authorized units and authorities for this purpose. In the event that your student's school enrollment process takes place, the said data will be stored and processed as long as your child receives education in our Institution and as long as the applicable legislation stipulates after your child's education at our Institution ends. If your child is not enrolled in school, the relevant data will be kept for 6 months from the completion of your registration application process and then deleted.
Necessary security measures have been defined so that your personal data is not processed or accessed unlawfully due to your application for registration to the school, and necessary administrative and technical measures such as limiting authority and signing a confidentiality agreement have been taken to ensure that the personnel who have access to this data do not unlawfully disclose it to others or use it for purposes other than processing.
As a personal data owner, at all times for the personal data of yourself and your children, of whom you are the parent;
Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVK Law and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To request the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data,
you have the right.
If you submit your requests regarding your rights listed above to our Institution through the methods set out below, our Institution will conclude the request free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
Personal data owners, their requests regarding the above-mentioned rights; Together with the information and documents that will determine their identities, they will be able to fill in and sign the "Data Owner Personal Information Form" with the methods specified in the form and send it to our Institution. In order for third parties to request an application on behalf of personal data owners, a special power of attorney issued by the data owner on behalf of the person who will apply through a notary public must be present.
